Parametric CAD in the browser. Sketch it, constrain it, extrude it, then slice or simulate it without exporting through three other programs and a prayer.

The geometry is real OpenCASCADE, not a WebGL impression of it, and the heavy lifting happens server side so your laptop fan can go back to doing nothing. It also speaks LLM out of the box, because "make that wall 2 mm thicker" is faster than hunting for the dimension that owns it.

The moving parts

  • app the CAD app itself. Sketches, features, assemblies, and the buttons you actually click.
  • ocp hand-written bindings to the OpenCASCADE geometry kernel, so Python can talk to solids without the usual suffering.
  • assay the simulation engine. Mesh in, fields out. Tells you whether the part survives before the real one does not.
  • forge the fabrication engine. Turns a model into layers, toolpaths and G-code, permissively licensed so you can actually use it.
  • index the business layer. Accounts, projects, sharing, and the library of parts and materials that keeps you from redrawing the same bracket twice.

Why can I not see any of this?

These repos are private for now, mostly for security reasons and slightly because we would like to tidy up before company arrives. They go public soon.
