  controls, rounded-lg surfaces, shadow-e1/e2/e3
- floating frosted AppSidebar over a bg-card content region
- theme storage key aligned with the pre-paint script, MotionConfig added
- scripts/capture-screenshots.mjs backs the root 'make verify'
