The global search capped each category before cmdk had matched anything, so
nothing past the twentieth node or widget could be found at all — this
instance has 28 nodes and 97 widgets. The cap now trims the candidates the
query could reach rather than the raw index.
The admin teardown asked /users/ for limit=1000, which the route stopped
accepting when its bounds went in; a 422 body has no `data` to iterate, so the
hook threw and took the tests it was attributed to with it. It asks for the
500 the route allows.
And `submit` folds every declared initial into a run's params, so an input the
run never passed can no longer read as the flow's own. That assertion is gone;
what the panel does show — the value the run actually started from, passed or
not — is what the test checks.

The specs run against a development stack, so every run left a test_flow_*
in someone's flow list. Each spec now tears down what it made in an afterAll,
which runs whether or not the tests passed, and the three copies of the API
helper move into tests/utils/api.ts.

pytest was deleting every user on teardown against the development
database. The engine is built at import time, so tests/__init__.py pins
POSTGRES_DB before app.core.config loads; the fixture creates the schema
and drops the database again, guarded against a name that is not _test.
Playwright now defaults at the integrated stack, which is the origin the
API allows, so a bare `bunx playwright test` works without a dev server.
The four template specs that asserted copy we no longer ship are gone,
along with the helpers they were the last callers of. The admin edit
assertion was page-wide and only ever passed on a fresh database.

The submodule collapse was only half applied: .gitmodules was deleted but
backend/ and frontend/ were still recorded as gitlinks, so none of their
files were tracked. Replace the gitlinks with the real trees.
Also untrack .env (it carried placeholder secrets) in favour of a tracked
.env.example, drop the committed __pycache__, and narrow the blanket *.png
ignore that would have swallowed design assets.
