`ADVISORY_ISSUES` moves next to `ValidationIssue` in pipeline.py, and the
model derives an `advisory` flag from its own code, so the distinction the
engine already made ships to the client instead of being re-guessed there.

The dock keeps its summary in `--destructive` only when a real fault is
among the issues and paints an advisory row `--muted-foreground`; the
canvas leaves advisories off a node's dot and border entirely, since node
status has three colours and no warning tier.

biome checks the generated `openapi.json`, which nothing formats since the
SDK script dropped its format pass — ignore it like the other generated
files.

stroblmeandClaude Opus 5 b6ed8029b6 Keep Playwright's own artifacts out of the lint 
A checking lint reports what a writing one silently reformatted: after any test
run, `playwright/.auth/user.json` and `test-results/.last-run.json` are written
by Playwright and failed `make lint`. Both are gitignored, and `playwright-report`
was already excluded beside them.

Melvin StroblandClaude Opus 5 1916f7f778 Vendor backend and frontend into the monorepo 
The submodule collapse was only half applied: .gitmodules was deleted but
backend/ and frontend/ were still recorded as gitlinks, so none of their
files were tracked. Replace the gitlinks with the real trees.

Also untrack .env (it carried placeholder secrets) in favour of a tracked
.env.example, drop the committed __pycache__, and narrow the blanket *.png
ignore that would have swallowed design assets.
