vite.config.js and vite.config.d.ts are tsc output of vite.config.ts, emitted
next to the source when the composite tsconfig.node.json is built. Nothing
reads them — and vite picks a vite.config.js ahead of the .ts, so the committed
copy was quietly shadowing the real config. Gitignore both.
The biome hook selected by the frontend/ prefix and passed the staged paths on,
but `bun run lint` runs in frontend/, so biome saw frontend/frontend/… and
reported an internal io error for every staged file. The script already lints
the whole tree, so stop passing filenames and let the pattern — now the
extensions biome parses — decide only whether the hook runs.

A wheel whose top-level module is `app` collides with anything else in a
user's venv, so the package that is about to be published takes the name
it is published under. Only the Python package moves; the repo, the
Docker WORKDIR and the compose project keep theirs.

Replace the stock shadcn OKLCH neutral palette (whose teal --primary had no
relation to the brand) with the fluksio token block duplicated verbatim from
the root DESIGN-GUIDELINES.md, add the self-hosted Inter variable face, the
shared lib/motion.ts presets, a DESIGN.md pointer stub and the
no-arbitrary-font-size hook.

Move compose.yml/compose.override.yml/compose.traefik.yml into docker/ and
split into the explicit prod -> dev -> local layering; compose.override.yml
had to be renamed because docker compose auto-loads that filename, which
defeats the layering.
- external network traefik-public -> proxy (shared with the website stack)
- frontend host dashboard.${DOMAIN} -> app.${DOMAIN}
- stable container_names, security_opt no-new-privileges on prod services
- adminer bound to 127.0.0.1 in dev instead of all interfaces
- .env.example replaces the committed .env
- pre-commit biome hook ran npm in a bun repo
